CAF & Veterans Drop-In Support Group

A free, confidential drop-in group for Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and their support persons impacted by sexual misconduct. This trauma-informed space offers connection, optional sharing, and practical tools for nervous system regulation. Participation is always choice-based, you are welcome to share or simply listen.
