Mindful Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Join us for an evening of mindful meditation and yoga. Learn to create a daily yoga practice that can help you to relax, reduce stress and gain a sense of calm.
For Women who wish to explore mindfulness and stress reduction through yoga postures, working with your breath and guided mindful practices.
