Mindful Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Join us for an evening of mindful meditation and yoga.  Learn to create a daily practice of gentle yoga, focus, and mindfulness, which can help you to relax, reduce stress and gain a sense of calm.  We will also learn about the mind-body connection.

This workshop is designed for anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness and stress reduction through yoga postures, working with your breath and guided mindful practices.  No previous experience is necessary, and instruction will be given.
