July 12 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Creating poetry has been a tool for many survivors in healing.
It can provide a safe space to have a voice, express emotions, capture healing, and release pain. It can also be a tool to tap into valuable skills such as creativity, play and mindfulness. Reading the poetry others have written can help us feel less alone, provide insight and inspire us.
Please join us to share poetry you have written, or read poems by others that have supported you. You can share one line, one poem, share written copies of your poem without verbally sharing them, or just come to listen.
The facilitator will ensure there is a space that is safe and supportive.
