Confidential support for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, veterans, and military families.
The DRCC provides confidential, trauma-informed support for members of the Canadian Armed Forces, veterans, and military families impacted by sexual violence.
Our services are free, confidential, and survivor-centred. You do not need to report or be involved in a formal process to receive support.
You do not need to report to the chain of command to access our services.

- Outreach for Defence Community
- Sexual health and sexuality support
- 24/7 Crisis and Support Line
- Services available in English, French, and Spanish

We understand that seeking support can feel difficult, especially within military systems.
Concerns about privacy, career impact, or retaliation may exist.
Our services are confidential and independent. Survivors can access support whether or not they choose to report.

Program Funding
The DRCC’s Military & Veteran Support Program is funded through the Department of National Defence’s Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre (SMSRC).
This funding supports independent, community-based services for members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), veterans, and their families impacted by sexual misconduct.
