Healing Paws

Do you feel lonely, isolated, overwhelmed, or have difficulty connecting with others? Please join us for a visit with Denise and her dog Roxy from Therapeutic Paws of Canada while we talk about the power of animals in healing. Please note that Roxy is not a hypo-allergenic dog, so if you have allergies please ensure you have emergency medication when you attend. Healing Horses

This is a FREE workshop for survivors of sexual violence who would like the opportunity for healing by connecting with horses.  Through this workshop, horses will teach you skills that will encourage balance and inspire new life directions. CANCELLED Overview: Instruction will be offered on Shamatha meditation (Shamatha is a Tibetan word meaning "peacefully abiding"), with the opportunity to practice in a group setting.
