Mindful Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Join us for mindful yoga and meditation! Learn how to create a daily practice of gentle yoga, focus and mindfulness, and learn about the mind-body connection.  Using these tools can help you to relax, reduce stress and gain a sense of calm.  This workshop is designed for anyone who wishes to explore yoga, mindfulness and stress reduction through yoga postures, working with your breath and guided mindful practices.  No previous experience is necessary. Art Therapy Group

This is a 5-week closed group for female-identified survivors of sexual violence who would like the opportunity to express themselves through art.  We will explore the topics of safety, trust, control, and self-esteem.  You do not need any artistic skills or experience to participate.  Space is limited to 10 women.
